Refund policy
Why
Paid plans unlock digital content immediately after payment. To make sure you know what you are buying, a large part of solulu is free: CS Theory is almost entirely free, and every other module has free lessons and problems at the start. Please try them before you buy.
Before you pay
At checkout you must confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. The exact price is shown before you confirm the payment.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money was debited but access was not granted, or you were charged twice for the same order because of a technical error, write to support@solulu.dev with your Razorpay payment ID. We will either grant the access you paid for or reverse the duplicate charge. Payments that fail at Razorpay are reversed by your bank automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
Plan changes
A 2-month plan can be upgraded to lifetime, with the amount already paid credited, while the 2-month plan is active. This is a discount on the upgrade, not a refund.
