Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data solulu.dev collects and how it is used. We collect as little as we need to run the service.
What we collect
- Account data from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
- Learning data: lessons and problems you complete, quiz and test scores, and the last code you ran on each problem (so you can continue later).
- Device data: a device name derived from your browser (for example "Chrome on Windows") and when each device was last active, used to enforce the two-device limit.
- Payment data: plan, amount, coupon and Razorpay order/payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
- Usage events: page and funnel events (for example "pricing viewed", "checkout started") with a random identifier, page path and device type. Page analytics use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
- Messages you send us through "Report an error / Ask a doubt" or email.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie during Google sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To provide the service, keep your progress, process payments, enforce the device limit, send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, plan expiry reminders), answer your questions, and understand which parts of the site help students so we can improve them. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), Razorpay (payments) and Resend / Brevo (email delivery). They process data only on our behalf.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and purchase data while your account exists and as long as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to support@solulu.dev. Deleting your account ends access to paid content.
Security
All connections use HTTPS, session tokens are stored only as hashes, and admin access is limited to the owner's accounts.
